Once you’ve left your message, the system will display a response to let you know that your message has been received. Our designated personnel will reply to your message shortly.
Typically, it takes 7 business days to respond to your message once it’s been received (except holidays). If you don’t receive a response from us within 7 business days, you may inquire about the status of your complaint by referencing the number given to you in the reply to your original email.
If you did not receive a reference number confirming that your email has been received, perhaps you might have entered a wrong email address. Please ensure your email address is correct when filling out the form.
In addition to online messages, web-calls are also available if you want to leave a voicemail. If you leave a voicemail or fax in your message, please be sure to leave your contact information, including your name, telephone number, address (or fax number, email etc.), so our staff can contact you.
