The Organization Chart of Alishan National Scenic Area Administration of T.B,M.O.T.C
Alishan national scenic area administration of TBMTC has a Director, a Deputy Director, a Secretary, and four Technical Specialists. Under this administration system, it still has four departments in charge of planning, public works, management, and recreation. There're still three offices, including secretariat, personnel, and accounting. There should be totally 62 persons, and currently there are only 33 budgeted members

| Public Works Section: |
construction of tourism, exploration of
entertaining area, planning, dealing with
natural disasters, conservation and building
of construction. |
| Management Section: |
management of scenic area and entertaining area, extension of entertaining business, management and guidance of tourism, entertainment, lodgment and public facilities. Conservation of specific ecology, geology and resources, dealing of penalty issues. |
| Recreation Section: |
development, extension and guidance of entertaining activities, the planning, holding and sales of activities of tourism extension, illustration and services of scenic spots, training and management of illustrative workers. |
| Personnel Office: |
Legally managing personnel issues of management. |
| Accounting Office: |
Legally managing yearly accounting, accounting and statistics. |
| Secretariat: |
Issues of amanuensis, accounting and general affairs |
| Management Station: |
Illustration of tour and services, order and preservation of safety, enforcement of regulations, aid of accidents, conservation of scenic resources and events of preservation. |
